Astra Embedded S is a compact 3D camera with increased frame rate. The camera is based on structured light technology, equipped with single cable USB 3.0 power + connectivity and Orbbec designed ASIC for high quality depth processing. The Astra Embedded S provides computer vision that enables dozens of functions for close range high precision applications such as face identification, gesture recognition, three-dimensional measurement, and AR/VR. The Orbbec OpenNI SDK makes it easy to setup and deliver highly accurate and reliable data for in-door operation.
